Judi Wilcher, Broker/Owner of Transitions

Judi is a licensed Realtor and the Broker/Owner of Transitions, a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in residential sales, leasing and property management.  Judi has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, including specialized designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and NAR’s Green Designation (focusing on issues of energy efficiency).  She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Cobb Association of Realtors, where she served on CAR’s past Board of Directors as Vice President of Finance & Administration.  Judi’s leadership style has helped her staff to grow and thrive in their individual Transitions’ roles.

Bob Wilcher, Co-Founder of Transitions & Licensed REALTOR

Bob began Transitions with Judi Wilcher in 2012 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge from an extensive background in Management, Construction, and Safety.  He is a business major from Berry College and holds designations and memberships with Property Management’s REPM Specialist, a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), the Cobb Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and the Georgia Association of REALTORS.  Bob plays an integral role at Transitions that includes Strategic Growth Planning and Analyst/Cost Accounting for Transitions.  His years of experience owning a number of businesses have offered Transitions a valuable resource.

Lisa Rainey, Maintenance Manager & Photographer Extraordinaire

Lisa handles all of the maintenance requests from the Tenants and coordinates the appropriate vendors for each repair.  It is her job to make sure that all repairs are made properly, in a timely fashion and are approved by the Owner.  She takes a great deal of pride in her relationships with the Owners and the Vendors and works hard to make sure that all parties are satisfied.  In addition to maintenance, Lisa handles the beginning stages of property listings, which includes signs, lockboxes and taking pictures. Photography is also a passion for her that she has been able to incorporate into the listing marketing at Transitions, where she excels!

Jenny Grimsley, Office Manager

Jenny is an integral member of our team at Transitions, where she has many responsibilities.  If you have called our office at any time or applied for any of our properties, chances are you have spoken to Jenny.  She is happy to greet every client and visitor that comes through the door with a smile.  Not only does she stay in the “know” on the office happenings and assists the crew in all areas, she is extremely resourceful and has proven to be our office sleuth.  Jenny provides assistance and backup to the Transitions’ Realtors, processes new listings, new contracts, and real estate closings.  She also provides back-up and research for all areas of our real estate and property management divisions, including processing applications and assisting with scheduling of our properties.  One of our favorite qualities is that her smile and laugh are contagious!

Cristi Palmer, Administrative Manager

Cristi plays a huge role in the property management division. She handles all of Transitions’ leases and lease renewals. Cristi has recently obtained her Georgia Real Estate License. She has a knack for keeping us organized and on track at all times with a great ability for follow-up and task completion. If you are looking for a rental property, she is the person to contact!  Her sense of humor has added a fun element to our team!
